How to activate
Your license key arrives by email with your download link. Paste it into SAYA once, and voice tracking turns on.
In SAYA
In the controls window, click the gear button “Settings”, or press ⌘,. The license panel is in the “Account” group. While SAYA has no license, the banner “Voice tracking is off — a license is required” has an “Activate” button that opens the same panel.
Paste the key from your email into the field that shows SAYA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, then click “Activate” or press Return.
There is no separate message. The panel shows the “Active” pill, your plan (Trial, Individual, Pro or Team), your number of seats, “This Mac” with your Mac’s name, and “Expires” with the date.
Each seat is one active Mac. Pro has one seat. Team has one seat for each paid member, at least three. The license panel shows your license’s own number of seats.
On the old Mac, open Settings › Account and click “Remove this Mac”. SAYA asks “Remove this Mac from the license?” and explains: “Voice tracking stops on this Mac. To use it again you will need the key and an internet connection.” Click “Remove”, then activate SAYA on the new Mac with the same key.
An old Mac that is offline releases its seat the next time it is online.
If every seat is in use, SAYA says: “Every seat is in use. Free one with "Remove this Mac" on another Mac first; if that Mac is out of reach, write to support.” If you can no longer reach that Mac, write to us.
Your key is in the email that brought your download link. If you can’t find it, write to us from the email address you used to buy SAYA, and we will send it again. Manage subscription shows the address your subscription uses.
The license panel’s “Request a trial license by email” link starts a trial request by email.
